Working with Alota on a recent renovation that included two bathrooms and a new slate hearth for a fireplace was an exercise in terrific customer service to how excellent work is accomplished. Renovations on a 170 year old house are never easy. Try tiling a shower stall where nothing is straight, or a floor that has a three inch difference from one end of the room to the other. Well, when you have a terrific team of professionals, which Rusty and his team are, it all comes together. From Brenda’s assistance in the showroom, to the effort put into finishing details, it was a pleasure and the results are beautiful.
